Mother of god this is AWFUL. A Ken Nordine cover version tailored to fit into Twin Peaks sounds like a great concept on paper, but this is what happens when someone who's never been told "no" gets to cash in his last credibility for studio time for a contractually obligated throw-away album.
It almost feels like a joke, except Waters doesn't have a sense of humor.
