Natural, God given rights exist objectively, like the constants of physics so I don't in some sense need to "take them" as if from another person, and they don't need to be "given" to me as if the permission of other people is a prerequisite to using rights.

I simply recognize my rights, as every man can, and assert them verbally and/or physically if necessary. Assertion seems like aggression, but where aggression is forward or outward facing, intending to control or damage others in some sense, assertion is the implementation of personal power at a particular boundary that stops other people from violating that boundary, or right.

For instance, by using Bitcoin I'm in principle not taking it or having someone give it to me, since I don't need to ask anyone's permission to access it. By asserting in some sense my right to permissionless money, Bitcoin, I'm simply acknowledging what exists and asserting my right to use it. Other people or governments can try to stop me or try to require that I ask their permission to use Bitcoin, but I will continue to assert my right.
