Was similar to NH and got brutally cold in the winter. Always teens in the morning, if you were lucky.
And for some reason the shelter felt the need to kick people out at 5/6 AM, when the warming shelters opened up at 8/9.
So you just got to freeze your ass off for 2-3 hours for daring to be poor.
Never again.
