My issues stem from grief and depression rather than bulimia but I felt the same a few years ago. Gradually, I have learnt to be kinder to myself (easier than it sounds) and have since discovered that I’m autistic which explains why I react to adversity the way I do. I wish I could be more helpful because I know how dark that place is. I hope you find peace soon. ❤️🩹",
