About two years ago I went to a Buddhist temple here in Siem Reap. The monk replaced a red wrist band and told me that happiness and joy were the primary goals of life. He told me to not cut off the band and come back when it falls off on its own. It's lasted this long and I think will go longer. It's busy absorbing bad luck they say. Don't know about that. I do know life #today is a blessing.
