"content": "could be that stuff is chalked full of disgustingness and its all insoluble lol. Peanuts are like corn theyre completely indigestible to humans and they used to be known as poor people food till it was rebranded as a family staple after the great depression. Its all just sugar and rancid oils lol ive noticed it gives me horrible gas and actually causes mass gastric displeasure, just pain, the whole way out to the extent i can feel it moving down my intestines. Maybe cause i cut those types of oils mostly out but yeah its a bad choice for diets mega high inflamation",
