There's an audio book by Allen Car I think, Easy Way to Quit Smoking. Cozy listening.
Been years since I had an actual cigarette (I've gotten stuck on other types like vaping, pipe, gum, etc) but for the first year or so I used to have dreams I slipped up and had a cig. In my dream I'd just be like ffffuuuuuuuuuuuuu... then wake up and have to reassure myself i hadn't slipped up. If i did I'd probably be at a pack a day within 2 weeks
