A study finds that just four key policies could slash mismanaged #plastic waste by 91% and cut plastic-related emissions by a third:
1- Use 40% recycled plastic in new products
2- Cap new plastic production at 2020 levels
3- Boost waste management investment
4- Impose a small fee on plastic packaging
