I’ve been watching a scurrying squirrel pad its ample nest with leaves, preparing for frigid temperatures that awaits this area.
Rain has arrived the last few days and today it will continue. Our little lake is 3 ft low and the vegetation is in need of a big drink of water.
#Today is my BIL’s Bday. The kids were coming out to cut wood for their fireplaces/firepits, but that will be rescheduled. We’ll celebrate at his cabin adjacent to our property, so yay no driving.
