V60 is a style of drip coffee brewer that has a filter at a 60 degree angle. Hario a Japanese coffee brand makes them. You get a much lighter and more flavorful brew with a V60. And when you use a single origin bean then the flavor becomes very unique to that particular farm.
I highly recommend it because you’ll see coffee in a whole new light.
