I'm feeling tired and upset, but not like I usually do. I'm not angry at the moment, just tired of so many things, but also too tired even to care about them. I feel like I want to cry, or maybe was just crying, but also like I've got some good things going on in my life and have no reason or real desire to for now. I feel like I'm upset or was upset about something, but don't remember what. It's all very weird.
