Bitwarden stores MFA codes for you, and you can self-host it if you want.

Yubico Authenticator stores up to 32 accounts on the YubiKey itself. You should be using the YubiKey to protect your Bitwarden account anyway, so this is a good add-on.

Aegis is what I used before Bitwarden added the feature. Also good.

Screw Google. Do not participate in their system. It's worth the pain of getting the codes out of there.
