Thank God most criminals are slightly stupid. The phishing schemes are mostly moronic. I could definitely develop far more sophisticated scams. There are certainly clever yet immoral people out there. Why aren’t they recruited more? Dunning-Kruger within the criminal community? Hackers who know code but not human nature?
