Sofia (nprofile…vtsg) Cos government jobs are nothing but currency for politicians to pay favours to the people who helped get them elected. That government websited was comissined 15 years ago to some rich businessman's dumb nephew who studied 2 semesters of CS and then dropped out to do shrooms in the desert and now has a failing web dev company that only gets the jobs his rich uncle gets him as favours from other rich guys...
