I’ve been having lots of physical symptoms from the depression getting worse for a while and now the disaster of the last week and near future.

Mostly it’s headaches which has been true for years. Lately it’s gastrointestinal issues (I’ll spare you the details) and acid reflux. Fun.

Lately it’s been a weird feeling like I have swallowed something that’s too big and it’s making itself known but like in the middle of my back. I don’t know if that makes any sense but I hate it
