Unbeknownst to me, my tortilla culture partner ate all the samoon so I was left with an orphaned container of babaganoush at lunchtime, but then my rice culture brain kicked in and I thought 「要は焼き茄子と炒り胡麻でしょ？お醤油かければいけるのでは？？」 so I gave it a shot with my 目玉焼き and it was pretty okay! 🍳
