Perhaps my toot sounded nihilistic but I’m pretty much at the point where I believe the only thing we can do as individuals is to focus on ourselves and the people around us.
It’s not that I don’t care about human trafficking, it’s that I can only care as much as to do as much as I can to make help ensure that the people I know don’t get trafficked.
I believe culture must start with individuals and families and build from there.
