That’s not to say there aren’t days when you don’t want to go, or when you wonder why on earth you’re doing it. But one thing that resonated with me was when I read “there are very few times that you return from a run and wish you hadn’t gone” - no matter how hard it is to lace up the trainers some days. I’d say stick with it - particularly if you feel like you’re starting to enjoy it.
