I probably have about 3 pounds of greens from the turnips I harvested last weekend, so I'm making turnip greens a cooking focus for the next week. I think I may make turnip green pesto, turnip greens and white bean saute, and orcchiette pasta with turnip greens. That *should* use up all my greens...and account for at least a few meals. To be fair, I still have some root veg panzanella and chicken/sugar snap pea salad leftover, so a few meals are all I really need!
