I will say, though, that we'll have civilization, just potentially smaller scale. Fascism is extremely unstable, and so is the climate now, so we maybe won't have gigantic centralized states for a while. And maybe that would be better on its own, but obviously there'a nothing "good" about climate destruction and fascism.
