Summers under the Tamarind Tree, by Sumayya Usmani
I have this as an ebook so it doesn't get the same attention as my physical books.
The book has had some criticism that the cooking times are not accurate. I have made several dishes from it and they were all very good, but I did have to adjust the cooking method in a couple of the recipes.
