Anyone using an older Windows PC, there is always Netscape (AOL's Chromium) browser.
Not that anyone using an unsupported edition of Windows should be using the internet, but if it works on Windows 2000, anyone using Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 could now technically browse the web.
