Both barn swallow parents feed the kids! This late, this fledgling is likely from a second brood. I have read that while in the nest, second broods may also get snacks from their older sibs or other neighborhood teens! Now the kid is flying though, I think the adult(s?) in the photos have to be parental.
That’s right: even *unrelated juveniles* hear nestling swallows screaming for grub and come to feed them. That is the power of these little birds’ hunger!
