No, it feels quite different to an orgasm, much gentler sensation of genetic wellbeing / pleasure and much less localised than an orgasm would be. (As far as I can tell, given I’m asleep for half of it!)
I can’t think of anything that would have brought it on, no kids.
It’s so vague and non-problematic that I’d not expect a GP to give it the time of day, tbh.
