People have different opinions on stuff and value stuff differently. That's the reason why betting exists (different opinions on the probability of the outcome).

Sometime it's because value is subjective, sometime it's because one of them is wrong.

DCA is representation of both. People value fiat stability and they are buying it, ignorant to the fact that the bulk-buy overperforms it in most of the cases.
