🤯 oyster mushrooms marinated: EXCELLENT. really great. will totally do it again. (sadly my attempt at flat bread was a bit misguided so it was a huge mess but the taste: really good.) I didn't really aim for faking meat but I did aim for strong savoryness and that totally does work awesomely with those silly mushrooms!
