I went to download it (now installed on macOS) and I was gonna file a report, but I'll just mention it here: your link to download the Mac app just links to https://github.com/ente-io/ente/releases?q=tag%3Aauth-v3 and the macOS version doesn't say Mac in its name, so the only way to tell which it is, is by knowing what a DMG is, which is not very viable for non geeks. It could link directly to the file, and the version should probably say Mac (also should list if its for Intel or Apple Silicon in the name)",
