I used to bring as many cameras and gear as I could possibly carry - like an extra peli case full of gear. Now I usually just bring two analog cameras, each with one lens (a 6x6 MF and a 35mm) in a small camera bag for a 2-3 weeks trip and honestly, it's been so liberating! No more paradox of choice. It's not only a lot lighter and easier on my back, it also made my travel photography so much more enjoyable for me *and* my family. I'm actually in the process of selling much of my gear.
