I worry for the state of the ecosystem if this actually is successful. There's SO much bullshit on the Play store, including scam apps and such.

I'm not saying apples the BEST at vetting apps and devs. Far from it actually. The app store has it's fair share of garbage, but I do feel that it's way better than Google.
