1. Take care of the land (soil, water, air, etc that support ALL life )
2. Take care of the people
3. Return all surplus to the land and the people.
This requires good design to create a surplus, transform all "waste" into resources, and cultivate Life "at the edges" where creativity and evolutionary solutions develop.
