I've finally gotten to the age where I've figured out that no matter what I want to think, my opinion and input into the larger world are limited by two things:
I'm not rich. I'm not a white male with connections.
In other words, I'm one of the 'little people' the rich laugh at and should just accept that whatever I do, think or write will not make one iota of difference in the larger scheme of it.
Therefore I am going to try to not give a shit about most things any more. It just doesn't matter.
