Are you one of those people that sometimes send and/or receive electronic mail messages?
For example using radically liberatory Riseup, where they recommend using the Thunderbird e-mail client when using Linux, Windows or Mac?
In that case, you might be interested in Betterbird, which is exactly Thunderbird but with lots of old bugs fixed and longstanding feature requests filled.
I only started testing it like a week ago, but indeed it is so far just like using Thunderbird, but just better... and you can keep using Thunderbird in parallel even after you imported all the settings and accounts from Thunderbird into Betterbird, for as long as you want to.
