Fancy is relative. "Dean and Deluca" only recently started carrying black garlic ... which has been at every Bronx Bogopa and Western Beef for as long as I can remember.
Do you think I could buy it in the Bronx for $4 and bring it to midtown to sell for $20? I have no idea whats going on with the prices.
