Seen a old bumper sticker of a radio station that used to be big around here. It reminded me that back in the mid-90s that radio station every summer would have a contest where they would hide a Gold figurine somewhere in a random spot in the city. The figurine will be about the size of a monopoly piece maybe slightly larger.
Anyway over the course of a couple weeks they would air clues in the form of riddles as to where the piece was and if you found the piece you won somewhere between 3 to $10,000.
I remember me and Mom and my brother and sometimes my dad would come along with us but we would go looking for the piece. It was so much fun. I miss the 90s.
We came within about 4ft of it one time. And just didn't see it
