The United States Supreme Court in a unanimous 9 to zero decision ruled in favor of the IRS having the KGB style power to be able to secretly grab bank records of third party individuals not under investigation.

The IRS without a warrant and without notifying you can grab YOUR bank records if they are investigating:
-a friend of yours
-a relative
-a neighbor
-a coworker
