Nephew's 2020 MacBook Pro, Intel processor. Here's what sis says:
"So the computer keeps time, has a wallpaper, and has a cursor that moves... but no icons or tool bar...."
They took it to "genius" bar; they couldn't help bc he never backed it up to his external hard drive or the cloud. (OMGS. CHILD!)
3 years of artwork for school is on it.
I'm going to try to get a backup done when they bring it this weekend.
