When asked "Of the two major parties in Taiwan, the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and the Kuomintang (KMT), which party's ideas and positions do you feel closer to?",
The results show that 43.9% of people feel closer to the DPP's ideas and positions, 30.9% feel closer to the KMT's ideas and positions, 21.8% don't lean towards any party, and 3.4% don't know or refused to answer.
