Last winter or spring, our apple tree fell over. I was going to cut it into pieces because I thought it was dead but it bloomed and put on apples. After I pick the apples, I'm going to put it back upright and do a hard prune on it once the leaves have fallen. If it lives, yay! If not, we got one more year out of it than I was expecting.
