I decided to break the fast today so I can take my supplements. I'd rather not take an increased dosage of supplements on an empty stomach. At least I'm almost back to full health.

It's annoying how every time I've fasted this year has resulted in me not getting any sleep. So there's another reason why I ended it. I'm outright exhausted of sleep deprivation. 😴
