It includes both names an admin would want to reserve for themselves ("admin", "staff", "test") and noteworthy Twitter handles that presumably they wouldn't want impersonators to grab ("arianagrande" "jairbolsonaro"):

But, interestingly, this banned names list
- Is also live with third-party servers
- Also applies to the command-line administrator scripts? There's no override?
