CISA making cheaper coinjoins is one reason to do schnorr sigs but not the only. We get much better multisig constructions for both threshold signing and things like LN, we get easier adaptor signatures for contracting, we get batch validation, we get taproot. CISA enabled CJ is a nice feature to help incentivize CJ (still need coordinators, etc) but schnorr is useful on its own as well
