It is all a sham. All of it! Every single culture on this planet has an identical origin story for the savior in their religions. From the virgin birth, to the crucifixion, 3 days later yadda yadda. Same story, different religions.
Religion is a control mechanism designed to do just that, control you and to make those in control rich with your "donations".
Every single instance of someone speaking to a god or being spoke to by a god can easily be explained away using basic critical thinking.
Don't get me started on the discrepancies in the bible. I'm not saying go full atheist, but you need to start asking the hard questions.
