I've developed a nasty ibuprofen resistant headache that has a lot of symptoms I used to associate with a caffeine withdrawal headache, but, uh... I don't think my use was enough to cast a shadow this long? I quit, like, Friday.
The alternative is it's food related, and if it is then the out-of-band item ingested was some instant pho I found at Fred Meyer, but I ingested that 11 hours ago. 🤔
