Congrats me
I finnaly made it, I got “that friend”
Finally, after years of explaining Bitcoin to a friend (who admitted he wasn’t the brightest with it), he started staking like crazy. I repeatedly warned him not to trade because it wasn't worth the risk and that he’d probably lose. He agreed but still traded part of his Bitcoin—and, to his credit, was initially successful, adding an extra 5% to his stack.
However, as he got more into crazy staking, he started running low on money for day-to-day expenses, which led his toxicity and to a fight between us, and we stopped talking for a while.
Fast forward 4-5 months to today, and he messaged me saying he lost everything. Three days ago, he bought some random coin with "AI" in its name. It started with a small amount, but as the price dropped, he kept "buying the dip" until he eventually sold all his Bitcoin.
Luckily, he's a businessman with a stable business, so while he's stressed about losing all his money in such a stupid way, it's not critical. He almost immediately dove back into work, determined to rebuild and regain his Bitcoin
