some relays are very weird with their rules. i would basically just want to make sure that i was abiding by relay rules before adding instances as to not annoy others. I've seen relays that go "no pornographic, nsfw content" which is like ok no?? my instance has a lot of that. there's also relays that try to enforce content warnings and some other stuff. Essentially I would just be making sure that what's allowed on the instance (ie instance rules & code of conduct) are compatible with the relay. It does nothing if I add a relay that has other instances incompatible with the rules. I hate relays that misrepresent members of them (transfem.social & shonk.social have NEVER added this relay to our relay tab https://relay.sigmundvoid.net/ but we are displayed on it for some reason [maybe because we have not denied federation with it? that seems stupid though relays are opt-in]).

tl;dr - I want to avoid causing a headache for the relay operator and my instances by ensuring we're "compatible".
