Well yes, but nowadays the "grooming" is sort of a necessity to prevent the girl from being abused at school.
Basically, if a White man from the middle class gets your 14 yo White daughter pregnant, I would count it as a blessing.
But yes, when patriarchy returns, it will all require the father's permission. Exceptions only apply if the girl is old enough and the father is being a retard preventing her from breeding(would require a judge btw).
