CV NEWS FEED // The judge in the controversial Manhattan “hush money” case against Donald Trump on Friday indefinitely delayed sentencing the president-elect in what has been hailed as a major victory for the 45th and soon-to-be 47th president.

Judge Juan Merchan granted Trump’s “request to file a motion to dismiss the charges in New York v. Trump and removed the sentencing date for the president-elect from the schedule,” FOX News reported.
