EDMUNDO GONZÁLEZ IS THE ELECTED PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA
Madrid Forum announces its recognition of Dr. Edmundo González Urrutia as elected and legitimate president of the Republic of Venezuela.
