Partner used to make this so much years ago, but it seems like this is the first time kids are having it. With accumulated egg whites, partner waited last night till it cooled a bit to use the portable oven outside, then slow cooled. Turned out fabulous as I saw this morning - no weeping, just a bit of crack on top (easily covered with fresh whipped cream).
Big helping - we each got a quarter of this Pavlova, crisp outside with soft inside, a most scrumptious end to this evening.
