My pet peeve: the GitHub Issues "load more" button.
For issues with 1000+ comments, you only see the latest 20 comments, then a "load more" button. The comments above the button are from a year ago, the comments below the button are recent and relevant.
Clicking the button loads 60 items at a time. From the top.
